Mattress was really sacked out. Other than that, very good.
Not a bad stay. Its a hard toss up between here and New Braunfels. Other locations just have better amenities in the area and comfortable structure right now makes it tough, but that will pass. Though I almost hate seeing shopping going up across the street because its going to destroy the traffic pattern in and out of the hotel. It will I crease the noise level even further. Rooms are small but adequate for a solo stay or a couple. Not really a kids hotel. Too small, but beware weekends when kids sports teams roll in. They like to think they own the place. Highway noise is a thing. Doesn't matter what side youre on, you going to hear every semi, fart-can tuner, and diesel truck bro that drives by. Not the hotels fault, just behavior of local traffic. Good breakfasts. Always had amazing staff interactions and service. The staff saves the property. If it wasn't for them it wouldn't be worth the stay.
The staff were so helpful and kind which was truly needed during our stay there. They were patient and responsive. One thing: daily breakfast could've been much better. The options were very limited (2 cooked items only) and too repetitive. No make your own waffles or pancakes

Thank you to the kind lady who booked a last minute reservation for myself and my asst. bc the Comfort Inn where we had originally booked reeked of mold. She made our business trip enjoyable.
I stayed here for almost two weeks! When I arrived I was put in a room directly across from the elevator on the second floor! I listened to the elevator chime all night, so I asked to be moved and they were happy to do this for me. I used the gym everyday during my stay and I noticed all the dead crickets and insects on the floor. The gym could us a little more love.. Updated equipment maybe a Fan and some Air. It's a large workout room so I think they can definitely do better here. DONT PARK UNDER THE TREES! Im not from Texas so I've noticed the birds, by the thousands come in the evenings and poop on everything!
The location is good.The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly It is an older location but you feel at home.I appreciate my stay , thank you
Great place to spend a night when traveling between San Antonio and Houston on I-10 in the town of Seguin. I stayed the night to avoid the traffic leaving San Antonio. The rooms are a bit dated, but still clean. The staff was awesome and very friendly!!
